PIRATES DON’T NEED NO STINKING DISCLAIMERS…

…but apparently websites do.

The Black Pearl Show is an independent fan-created podcast and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Walt Disney Studios, or Jerry Bruckheimer Films.

Pirates of the Caribbean, its characters, films, attractions, imagery, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. We discuss them for purposes including commentary, criticism, education, historical discussion, and entertainment. We think it’s pretty obvious what’s ours and what’s theirs—there’s no need to blur the lines or stir up a bloody rum-filled sweat.
